No Trees No Seas - CABILLA

The key to healing our seas lies on the land. 

A feature-length documentary made by local production company Lightbox revealing the hidden connections between trees and seas, and how bringing back our woodlands, could be the key to restoring both. This is part of an exciting new campaign led by the team from Plant One Cornwall!

Programme for the Afternoon / evening:

We're super excited to be showing this film at Cabilla, especially given that we'll be including a private woodland tour led by Plant One, showing us the ancient woodland and all the tree planting and restoration work they have done at Cabilla

4pm Arrival

4:30 Woodland Walk

6pm - Communal Feast

7pm - Social Cinema experience - We begin with a short mindful breathwork practice, before screening the film, and then opening up the room to an audience-led discussion. We'll be joined by some of the Plant one team and hopefully some other guests working in this field who can share first hand experiences and share more about the No Trees No Seas Campaign!

We pride ourselves on the food we serve at these events. With the majority of ingredients being grown right here in the UK, we love to support local farmers, including a range of cornish market gardens growing using regenerative practices. Expect a vegan, seasonal feast that's good for both your body and the planet. Menu to be announced closer to the time due to seasonality and availability
