Iman and her family have made Falmouth their home after fleeing the dictatorship in Syria nearly a decade. Since then Iman has worked with the Falmouth Food Coop, offering her Falafel, Humus, Baba Ghanoush, Flat breads and Baklava through their Grocery service.
Over the last few years she has catered multiple feast nights for 99p Films Social Cinema events.
One thing lead to the other and the next thing we were proud owners of a horsebox, and the start of Iman's Syrian Food Truck!
