Iman & her family fled Syria nearly a decade ago, seeking refuge in Falmouth, Cornwall.
Over the last 3 years Iman has shared Syrian culture through her love of cooking. Working with the Falmouth Food Coop Grocery and cooking feasts for 99p films social cinema nights.

Hodmedods

The majority of our dried goods come from Hodmedods.
A UK company growing produce on British soil supporting British farmers

Falmouth Food Coop

The rest of our produce comes from the FFC. Buying local veg from market gardens and other goods from producers and organic wholesalers.

Foreign goods

Our rice, almonds and tahini currently come from further afield and our provided by Bristol based company Essential Trading. We're currently exploring British grown alternatives

Syrian Feast:

Falafel (Chickpea & Fava Beans) + Tahini + Sesame
Dhal (Yellow split lentil) + Pumpkin Seeds
Almond & Vegetable (Carrot,Peas) Rice
Tabbouleh (Mixed salad, Parsley, Cucumber, Tomato)
Hummus

Wraps:
Falafel, hummus and Tabbouleh wrap with date syrup

Sides:
Hummus & Falafel with sumac
Roasted bean mix

Dessert:
Walnut and Pistachio Baklava
